Problem: The client had cigarette smoking odour problem in the bar area. In fact, numerous customers have complained that when they go home, they could still smell the stale cigarettes on their clothes.

Solution: Our engineers went to check the place and took measurement of the existing condition. The Manhattan Club was undertaking renovation work at that time. After observation, our engineers recommended the client to install Dynamic Panel Filters in their central HVAC system since this is the most cost-effective option. A total of 43 Dynamic Panel Filters were installed. We took another measurement afterwards to verify the improvement.
